  • 150-170 grams of shortbread,
  • 70-80 grams of butter.

  1. First you need to make a basis for your future cake. To do this, soften the oil, but do not melt. Chop shortbread biscuits into a crumb using a grinder or blender. Combine it with soft butter and mix well to get an elastic and dough-like mass. Take the form, grease it with a small amount of oil, distribute the resulting composition on the bottom and walls. The base is ready.
  2. Now stuffing. First, pour the gelatin into a small amount of cold water, let it swell. Meanwhile, curd the curd with yogurt and sugar. Wash grapes, free from stones, if any, cut into halves for large sizes. Leave a few pieces for decoration.
  3. Next, heat the gelatin mixture over low heat until thinning, enter it into the curd mass with grapes and lemon juice. Whisk the whole mass to give it lightness.
  4. Take the form with a sand base and put the curd mass with grapes in it, spreading it evenly. Next, put the container for several hours or overnight in a refrigerator (you can use a balcony during the cold season) to make the filling stand still. But do not forget to decorate the surface with grapes, pre-cut them into halves.
  5. Done! Delicious cake can be served.

Second recipe

Prepare a grape pie. Here is what you need:

  • half a cup of sugar
  • two eggs,
  • 100 g butter,
  • a quarter cup of milk
  • a glass of flour,
  • hl soda,
  • 250-300 grams of grapes
  • single orange peel,
  • bag of vanillin.

  1. Orange peel (only the orange part), rub on a fine grater. This mass will be used as a flavoring, and will also give the cake a beautiful bright shade.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar to make foam. Enter softened butter into it, then add milk, vanillin and zest. All together, whisk thoroughly.
  3. Gradually begin to introduce flour into the mass, continuing the process of beating. Next, add soda, previously redeemed with either vinegar or lemon juice, also put it in a bowl.
  4. Next, wash and, if desired, cut the grapes, enter it into the dough, mix everything well or beat it again.
  5. Grease the walls and bottom of the baking pan with butter, put the dough in it. Send the cake to bake for about an hour at 170 degrees.

Third recipe

Delicate cake can be made from sour cream with the addition of grapes. Prepare:

  • 500 ml of sour cream (it is best to use fat)
  • 1.5 cups flour,
  • 100 g butter,
  • two eggs,
  • 200 grams of grapes
  • a glass of sugar.

  1. Get some sand dough first. To do this, mix a little more glass of flour (leave about three tablespoons) with butter (also set aside a small amount), add an egg, a couple of tablespoons of sugar and knead firm and elastic dough with your hands. Put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  2. Spread the cooled dough over an oiled baking dish, completely closing the bottom and forming the sides.
  3. Wash grapes and cut, put in a form on a sand base.
  4. Prepare sour cream by mixing sour cream with the remaining flour, one egg, and sugar. Pour this mixture over the grapes.
  5. Warm up the oven to 170-180 degrees and bake a cake in it for about forty to fifty minutes, so that the sour cream is completely frozen, and the surface has got a light ruddy.

How to cook a cake:

Step 1. Separate the yolks, beat them with warm wine, sugar and zest.

Step 2. Beat the whites with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and the remaining sugar into a strong foam.

Step 3. Mix the protein mixture, sifted flour and almonds with yolk cream.

Step 4. Fill a parchment form with dough.

Step 5. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

Step 6. Ready to cool the cake, cut in half.

Step 1. Soak gelatin in water.

Step 2. Warm up the wine to evaporate the alcohol, add lemon circles, cloves and cinnamon, leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes, remove the spices or strain through a sieve.

(I add more cardamom and a bit of grated nutmeg, as I like this spice, although a bouquet of white wine gives an even more piquancy.)

Step 3. Mix whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and salt, while continuing to mix, add hot wine. All together whip in a water bath (the bottom of the tank in which you whisk should not touch the water) for about two minutes to the state of foam (the mixture should turn white and slightly thicken)

Here it is important not to overheat the mixture: by analogy with custard, eggs should be pasteurized, but not cooked and curled, that is, the mixture should not boil.

(Recently, I have taken only yolks instead of whole eggs, as in the traditional recipe of Sabion, then 8 pieces will be needed, they often remain with me.)

Step 4. Add pressed gelatin to egg cream, stir, put in the fridge.

Step 5. At this time, whip the cream with the remaining sugar.

Step 6. Shortly before the egg cream begins to thicken, introduce cream into it, mix gently with a spatula.

Assembling a cake (in a ring or in detachable form)

Step 1. Put the bottom cake on the bottom of the split form or in the ring (lay the bottom with foil, lay the boards with an acetate film or parchment), pour part of the cream on it (about half), put a layer of grapes without seeds, cover with the second cake, pour the remaining mousse, send it to fridge freeze.

Step 2. Put the remaining grapes on the cake, pour the mixture of gelatin, wine and sugar into a refrigerator and freeze.

  • Gelatin (instant) - 25 g
  • Jelly (bag, green) - 90 g

  • Vanilla sugar - 1 pack.

Recipe "Cake" Vinogradinka "":

First of all, dilute gelatin in 150 ml of hot water. Leave to cool.

Dilute, according to the instructions, jelly in 300 ml of hot water.
Get cold too.

"Crunch" break in half.
You can take other crackers (chocolate, tender), then break finely.

Pour sour cream in a bowl or pan, pour in sugar, vanilla sugar and beat well.
When the mass is whipped, add the cooled gelatin and beat again.

A chocolate bar (preferably pre-cooled in the freezer) is finely broken using a knife.

Here are our products prepared for the filling.

In a bowl with sour cream, add the cracker and steamed raisins. Thoroughly knead.

We take out the split form. We spread 1/3 of our cream. Gently sprinkle it with chocolate.
Spread another piece of chocolate on chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate again.
Then lay out the remaining mass.
Form put in the fridge to cure for 30 minutes.

While the cream hardens, take out the grapes, cut it in half.
